Partner Levels

  • Amelia Insider: Advisor Program

    If your company is a high-level strategic consultancy with expertise in a specific business category and/or vertical industry (retail, automotive, healthcare etc.), you are a great fit as an Advisory/Affiliate Alliance Partner. This partner type also encompasses smaller firms and consultancies that specialize in sales partnerships and opportunity generation, and in bringing our technologies to enterprises in particular regions or vertical markets. These partners work with us on a referral basis.

    This category may also include Advisory or Management Consulting firms that want to work with us around specific campaigns, reports or customers.

  • Amelia Insider: Implementation Partner Program

    This type of Alliance Partner includes companies that offer technology consulting, implementation and delivery services to their customers. These most often take the form of professional services, and can range from implementation, to straightforward staff augmentation services, to full digital transformation offerings. Implementation Partners are typically mid- to large-size companies with established customer portfolios that are looking to add capabilities and differentiate from competitors in the market. You do not need to be a large company for this partner level, but you must have solid technical expertise and capabilities.

    Implementation Partners also typically have significant technical capabilities and seek to develop competencies around our products and solutions (e.g. building a dedicated practice or Amelia-focused Center of Excellence). We support these partners with training, sales and presales support, as well as expanded go-to-market coordination. In customer engagements, the Implementation Partner is the lead service provider, but also can potentially engage Amelia for additional back-line support through an optional services agreement.

    We work side-by-side with these partners in customer engagements to coordinate the sales process and maximize the likelihood of closing business. The partner may work with Amelia on a referral basis and is eligible to participate in our reseller program. Amelia will license products directly to the client.

  • Amelia Insider: Service Provider Program

    These partners are companies such as IT Managed Services Providers, BPO providers or ISVs interested in embedding our products and solutions into their own broader offerings to their direct clients, with products that would benefit from a white-labeled, out-of-the-box, or embedded integration of an Amelia product or solution. This partner type could also include large system integrators that rebrand Amelia products as their own, and more tightly integrate our technology into a proprietary go-to-market solution.

    By licensing our technology directly, a Service Provider can deliver an offering enabled by Amelia with its own unique go-to-market strategy, including pricing, licensing and marketing.

    Amelia supports these partners in the background on product functionality, technology and implementation strategy, or through a joint delivery team construct. Engagements are fully led by the partner but IPsoft provides software maintenance and support. Additionally, there is the option to engage Amelia for additional services.
