Chief Channel Officer
Scott has responsibility for Amelia’s Global Alliances and Channel Ecosystem. Prior to joining Amelia, Scott held channel, sales, and business leadership roles with PwC, CSC (now DXC), Binary Tree, and McDonnell Douglas (now Boeing). With over 30 years of business and consulting experience developing go-to-market initiatives with leading technology companies, Scott’s focus is centered on increasing value to clients through specific industry, technology, and services partnerships in each of the markets Amelia serves. Mr. Kohn has a BA from the University of Pennsylvania.
Vice President, Service Technology
Gary Rosenblum joined Amelia in October 1999. Gary is widely recognized as a UNIX systems expert and has participated in committees to develop drivers for Linux kernels. Gary’s team has architected Solaris solutions that have achieved the highest level of SunTone certification by Sun Microsystems for high-availability and performance characteristics. Before joining Amelia, Gary worked at New York University as head of UNIX systems and supported a systems network of over 70,000 nodes serving all the University’s faculty, staff and students.
Vice President, Service Optimization
Daniel joined Amelia in 2001, and currently serves as VP, Service Optimization. His primary responsibilities include solution architecture, strategic client alignment and service delivery optimization. In an executive sponsorship capacity, he has supported leading financial and communication clients through transition and steady state operations. Daniel previously managed Amelia’s global database management practice. Prior to joining the Amelia team, Daniel was a consultant working in the IT practice of American Management Systems.
Vice President, Sales
David Harron joined the Amelia team in September 2000. David leads a team of business development executives driving the sales growth and focus of the organization. David has also maintained a key role in customer satisfaction and account management. Prior to working with Amelia, David was the Chief Operating Officer of eHire, an online recruiting firm specializing in IT personnel. At eHire David was responsible for the fiscal policy, development of the recruiting platform, and the formation of key business partnerships.
Head of Development
Kevin came to Amelia with a wealth of experience in leading R&D for pioneering technologies. Under his leadership Amelia’s Research and Development team has expanded rapidly to combine a wide range of skills in order to drive breakthrough capabilities in cognitive and autonomic solutions. This builds on Kevin’s earlier contribution to the development of Amelia’s market leading ITSM platform, IPcenter. Prior to joining Amelia, Kevin had earned a successful track record for developing new services for media companies including Knight Ridder Digital and Tribune Interactive. Kevin holds a degree in computer science from Grinnell College.
Vice President, Service Design
Mike Ghicas heads the Service Design team. Mike joined Amelia in 2000 and has designed data centers and global IP networks for Amelia and its clients. Other areas of responsibility include storage networking, virtualization, and service design. Prior to joining Amelia, Mike served as the Director of Information Technology at New York University’s Stern School of Business, where he was responsible for all IT operations and policy.
Eray Ekici joined Amelia in 1999. Eray is a Windows expert, proficient across the Windows domain. His team has architected numerous global deployments and migrations, including support and architecture of SQL Server environments and global Exchange deployments. Before joining Amelia, Eray worked at New York University as a Windows and Novell engineer, serving all faculty, staff and students.
Managing Director, India
Uday Chinta joined Amelia in 2003. He has more than 15 years of experience in managing large, high-performance infrastructure and applications management. Before joining Amelia, Uday worked for Merrill Lynch in New York City, launching and managing their core financial applications. He also worked for IBM Global services technology solutions. He is one of the starting members of Software Technology Parks, Hyderabad. Uday received an Outstanding Achievement Award from India’s Department of Electronics.
Peter A. Benoliel
Peter A. Benoliel, Amelia’s Chairman Emeritus, assists with Amelia’s strategic business plan and provides advice and counsel to executive management. Mr. Benoliel is Chairman Emeritus of Quaker Chemical Corporation (NYSE: KWR), having served as Chief Executive Officer from 1966 until 1992 and as non-executive Chairman of the Board until 1997. Mr. Benoliel has served on many corporate boards, including Alan Wood Steel Company, Publicker Industries, Bell Atlantic-Pennsylvania, CoreStates Financial Corporation and UGI Corporation, in addition to serving as Chairman of the Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia from 1989–1992. He has also been active in many cultural and philanthropic organizations and is an enthusiastic violinist and student of philosophy, history, astrophysics, Japanese art and literature.
Managing Director, Spain, Portugal & Latin America
With a degree in computer engineering, Manuel has solid experience in international sales and in managing both local and remote teams. Manuel previously served as Sales Director for Alteryx and Regional Sales Director for Micro Focus. He also took on various roles at Sun Microsystems and worked at both HP and Hewlett Packard Enterprise, where he has held various positions with international responsibility.
Vice-President of Sales & Country Manager, Canada
Peter Goedegebuure leads Amelia’s sales and marketing efforts in Canada; he also is responsible for the staff and operations of our Toronto office.
Peter has over 20 years of experience helping enterprises of all sizes leverage the disruptive power of emerging technology to drive their business forward. Peter has worked with Amelia since 2017, beginning as an Account Director working with Canada’s largest telco and insurance customers before assuming leadership of the team.
Prior to Amelia, Peter’s range of experiences include evangelizing bleeding-edge SDN/NFV network technologies to Canada’s telecom sector, and reducing technology operating costs with outsourced IT and data center services for retail and manufacturing leaders. Peter has worked with leading tech companies such as Brocade Communications, Salesforce, Q9 Networks, and IBM.
Peter is passionate about advancing business applications of AI in Canada, developing Canadian AI talent, and mentoring young people beginning a career in sales and marketing. His background in music, languages, and the arts provides a unique perspective on how technology impacts humans in our work and society.
Vice President and Managing Director, Australia & New Zealand
Andrew has 25 years in the IT industry (13 with IBM and five with CSC prior to joining Amelia), with extensive experience in AI executive management, software and IT services. He also has worked with major leaders across key industries inclusive of insurance, banking, telecommunications, media, utilities, retail and government.
Dr. Vincent Grasso
Global Practice Lead, Healthcare & Life Sciences
A trained surgeon, software architect, and business analyst, Dr. Grasso is actively engaged in shifting the delivery of healthcare from a centralized to a decentralized (distributed and mobile) environment through the optimization and integration of a unified communication platform. He aims to, among other things, enhance the patient experience, mitigate clinical risk, improve clinical outcomes and provide healthcare systems with a competitive advantage via augmented revenue streams. In addition to leading Amelia’s Healthcare & Life Sciences division, Dr. Grasso has held leadership positions within the public and private sector domestically and internationally. He received his MBA from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, MSIS from New Jersey Institute of Technology, DO from Des Moines University, surgical residency from the Mount Sinai School of Medicine Manhattan Program, advanced minimally invasive surgery fellowship from the Department of Surgery at Yale University, and advanced medical informatics related research and development at Yale NASA CSCMITA.

Chief Marketing Officer
Before joining Amelia as Chief Marketing Officer, Nick was Vice President of Brand, Demand and Digital Marketing at DXC Technology (a $23B global IT Services leader formed in 2017 after a merger of CSC and HPE Enterprise Services). In addition to DXC, Nick’s 20-plus years of marketing experience in the technology industry includes a variety of leadership roles with HP (previously Compaq Corp.) and Avaya. Nick was named to the list of "Top 25 Digital Marketers" by BtoB Magazine and his marketing teams have won multiple awards and distinctions by Sirius Decisions, ITSMA and other marketing analyst firms. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing and an MBA and lives in Northern Virginia.
Chief Commercial Officer
Jonathan Crane has been a communications industry leader for more than 35 years. Jonathan has held numerous executive positions in corporations such as ROLM, Savvis, Lightstream, Marcam Solutions and MCI. He was one of the key architects of the early success of MCI, and was brought back to lead the troubled WorldCom out of bankruptcy. As the Chief Strategy Officer, he orchestrated the acquisitions of key strategic assets. Most recently, Jonathan was the Chairman of the Board and President of Savvis.
Vice President, Emerging Technologies
Ergun joined Amelia in 2001 and currently serves as Vice President, Emerging Technologies. His duties include architecting business solutions leveraging autonomic arbitrage. Ergun has successfully partnered with global financial institutions to provide bespoke solutions to improve efficiency and cost effectiveness. At Amelia, Ergun has led global application management services along with development services. Before joining Amelia, Ergun worked as a Java Architect in the Financial District.
Senior Advisor, France
Yves was previously Chief Strategy Officer at Ooredoo Group, an international telecom operator, where he oversaw the formulation and execution of corporate strategy, investment and digital transformation. Prior to this, he worked at EITC/du in Dubai where he led the growth strategy and led M&A and investments in Smart City, digital infrastructure and digital entertainment services. Yves also served as Chief Marketing Officer at telecom operators and as strategy consultant at consulting firms such as Capgemini Invent and Accenture. He received his Master of Engineering from the Polytechnique Institute de Paris at the Ecole Nationale Supérieure de Techniques Avancées (ENSTA).
Founder and CEO
Chetan Dube has served as the President and CEO of Amelia, an IPsoft Company, since its inception in 1998. During his tenure, he has led the company to create a radical shift in the way IT is managed. Dube is a mathematician and prior to joining Amelia, he served as an Assistant Professor at New York University.
Chetan Dube is a widely recognized speaker on autonomics, cognitive computing and the future impact of a digital workforce. He serves on the board of numerous IT-related institutions. In 2017, he was listed as one of the Nine Greatest AI minds in the world to keep an eye on by Forbes. He is also a distinguished member of the Forbes Technology Council.
He was born 1966 in Bhagalpur, India, and raised in Paris and London. Dube earned a degree in electrical engineering from IIT Delhi and then came to the U.S. to pursue a doctorate in theoretical computer science at the Courant Institute of Mathematical Sciences of New York University (NYU).
While at NYU, he began exploring the Artificial Intelligence principles and philosophies that form the basis of the Amelia platform. Dube was fascinated by the Turing enigma, which examines whether machines can think. As opposed to narrow AI (where non-sentient programs are focused on narrow tasks), Dube’s research has focused on deep AI. He pioneered the use of AI-enabled digital labor across industries. He’s been awarded several U.S. patents for developing cognitive models, and EY recognized him as "Entrepreneur of the Year" for leading research in AI emulating human thinking and approaching the Turing horizon.
Dube envisions a world where humans and machines work closely together to build a radically more efficient planet.
