How do I deploy a Digital Employee? What is the process?
You can browse roles and skills, interview and test a pre-configured Digital Employee and, once you register for your free 30-day trial, you will receive your Digital Employee instance. For configuration of your specific Digital Employee, Amelia herself will guide you through the needed steps to enable skills, authorize access and integrate with your systems, such as Office 365 and Active Directory.
What is the difference between deploying Amelia through the DigitalWorkforce.ai and investing in the Amelia platform through a proof-of-concept with IPsoft?
Initially, DigitalWorkforce.ai will focus on standard and repeatable roles that are transferable from customer to customer. Unique roles which require company-specific or specialized training would be better served via traditional implementations.

How do I interact with my Digital Employee?

Yes, Digital Employees can be purchased and activated directly from the DigitalWorkforce.ai marketplace.
Can I test and interact with a Digital Employee before I onboard it from DigitalWorkforce.ai?
Absolutely, and we encourage you to interact with and “interview” your Digital Employee before hiring.
Does every Digital Employee skill need to be onboarded individually?
No. Digital Employees come with all of the skills associated with their job descriptions. They are pre-trained and ready to learn your business processes. However, they need to be connected to your network, which can be done through conversation with the Digital Employee (in most cases). For example, the IT Service Desk Engineer role can integrate herself with Active Directory through conversation.
Will Digital Employees immediately be able to interact with our systems? Which systems are compatible with IT Service Desk Engineer skills?
The Digital Employee will ask for specifics related to configuring itself to your systems. For IT Service Desk Engineer, those systems include Office 365, Active Directory and ServiceNow.
What is the onboarding process for a Digital Employee, and what are system/API requirements?
Like any employee, your Digital Employee will need credentials and systems access. In many cases, it can guide your IT staff through the process for required information, and in some cases our engineers will work with yours to complete the integration.
Does it cost anything to access DigitalWorkforce.ai?
Access is free, pending approval of registration for DigitalWorkforce.ai credentials. You can interview, interact with, and deploy Digital Employees for free for 30 days.
How much does each Digital Employee from DigitalWorkforce.ai cost?
After your 30-day trial, the price is $1,800 per month for one Digital Employee, supporting up to 1,000 inquiries per month, and customers can scale to as many Digital Employees as needed.
If a company wants Password Reset and Email Configuration, do they need to purchase two Digital Employees? Or can they onboard one with both (or more) skills?
No, all skills are part of the same IT Service Desk Engineer role. However, when other roles in other industries, such as HR Operations Manager, become available, a new Digital Employee will need to be purchased. If/when any Digital Employee crosses the 1,000 inquiries per month threshold, another Digital Employee will need to be purchased.
