Brett Aroneck is the Licensed Real Estate Broker for Realty Achievers, Inc. ( www.brettaroneck.com ) and he is also a multi-million dollar sales producer.  He has been a part of Amelia Island Resort Rentals, Inc. since the business was started in 1992. Brett specializes in the sale and management of resort homes and condominiums of the three premier resorts of Amelia Island. In addition to obtaining the GRI (Graduate of the Realtor Institute) designation, Brett also holds the ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative) designation that is awarded after extensive education requirements from the National Association of Realtors®.  During his ongoing tenure with the Amelia Island-Nassua County Association of Realtors,® Brett has been and still is a member and chair of numerous committees that include the Grievance and the Professional Standards Committees.  His level of professionalism is unsurpassed and is always being improved upon.

Charles Aroneck is the past president of the Nassau County Multiple Listing Service; he is a life time member of the Multi-Million Dollar Club and he is one of the original sales agents for the Summer Beach Resort, which was established in the early 1980's. He is an Assoc. Broker with Realty Achievers, Inc., which is licensed by the Department of Business and Professional Regulation as required in order to broker real estate on Amelia Island and the State of Florida. and The State of South Carolina , and licensed by the DBPR.

    Patsy Windham has recently joined Brett and Charles Aroneck at Realty Achievers, Inc.. Patsy lives on Amelia Island and enjoys sharing this paradise with others. She brings with her more that thirty years of experience in the real estate industry.  . She specializes in homes, condominiums, vacation and investment property and commercial real estate on Amelia Island, Fernandina Beach and Yulee.. She is licensed in both Georgia and Florida and has been voted agent of the year as well as being a top producer, multi-million dollar producer. Patsy also serves as the coordinator for Amelia Island-Nassau County Association of Realtors open house forum. While Lynda and her husband were on a business trip they discovered this lovely, unique “Little Island”. Her husband is from South Florida and graduated from The University of Florida, but had never heard of Amelia Island. They eventually moved here with there two sons and have never been sorry—With Historic Fernandina Beach, its schools, scenic beaches, Doctors, walking /biking path, and the close proximity to Jacksonville and the Jacksonville International Airport, there is never a reason to be bored for not enjoying this little piece of “Paradise”.
